Specificity

Detects human PDGF-AA in direct ELISAs. In direct ELISAs, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) PDGF-AB is observed and no cross-reactivity with rhPDGF-BB, rhPlGF, rhVEGF206, rhVEGF B186, rhVEGF C, rhVEGF D, or rhCTGF is observed.
