Specificity
Detects human Betacellulin/BTC in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) BTC, recombinant human (rh) Amphiregulin, rhEGF, rhHB-EGF, rhHeregulin-alpha, rhHeregulin-beta, rhTGF-alpha, or rmEpiregulin is observed.
