Description

SuperEXP® MSC Medium Kit is a complete medium kit used for the culture and expansion of human mesenchymal stromal cells and the detection of colony-forming unit-fibroblasts (CFU-F). The medium kit includes SuperEXP® MSC basal medium (450 ml) and SuperEXP® MSC Supplement Mix (50ml). SuperEXP® MSC Supplement Mix is an alternative growth supplement to fetal bovine serum (FBS) containing purified human platelet lysate (hPL).
