Creative Bioarray's iPSC Hematopoietic Progenitor Cell Differentiation Kit supports efficient and reproducible generation of functional hematopoietic progenitor cells from human induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells by using a simple and reproducible protocol in serum- and feeder-free conditions. The differentiated cells express special markers, such as CD34, CD45, and CD43 that have the capacity to form functional hematopoietic colonies in the colony-forming unit (CFU) assay.
