Description

SuperEXP® Ventricular Cardiomyocyte Differentiation Kit is a serum-free medium kit designed for differentiation of human embryonic stem (ES) and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells (human pluripotent stem cells [hPSCs]) into ventricular cardiomyocytes (cardiac troponin T-positive [cTnT+]), as well as a medium for maintenance of hPSC-derived cardiomyocytes. This kit can be used to generate ventricular cardiomyocytes from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) with > 80% purity and also allows for long-term maintenance of hPSC-derived ventricular cardiomyocytes for at least one month.
