SuperEXP® Astrocyte Differentiation Kit is used to rapidly and efficiently generate astrocytic precursors from neural progenitor cells (NPCs) derived from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs). The differentiated cell cultures display typical astrocyte morphology and markers such as S100 Calcium Binding Protein and GFAP.
