Description

SuperEXP® Astrocyte Maturation Kit is used to rapidly and efficiently generate cortical-type astrocytes from astrocytic precursors derived from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) using the Astrocyte Differentiation Kit. Using SuperEXP® Astrocyte Maturation Kit, a highly pure population of astrocytes can be generated from hPSCs in as few as 7 weeks and can be maintained long term in culture.
