Creative Bioarray's SuperEXP® Pancreatic Progenitor Cell Differentiation Kit is a serum-free medium that supports efficient and reproducible generation of pancreatic progenitor cells from human induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells in a simple differentiation protocol. The differentiated cells express special markers, such as PDX-1, NKX6.1, SOX9, and up-regulation of insulin and glucagon. The resulting pancreatic progenitor cells can be further differentiated into insulin-producing beta cells or other endocrine as well as exocrine pancreatic cells.
