Description

SuperEXP® T Cell Kit provided by Creative Bioarray is a feeder-free and serum-free kit designed to differentiate human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) to T cells. The Kit contains SuperEXP® Hematopoietic component pack and SuperEXP® T cell generation component pack. SuperEXP® Hematopoietic component pack is used to induce the differentiation of hPSCs into CD34+ cells, which are then further differentiated to CD56+ NK cells using SuperEXP® T cell generation component pack.
