SuperEXP® Direct Human NK Cell Isolation Kit isolates NK cells from human whole blood by immunomagnetic negative selection.The Direct procedure involves labeling red blood cells, platelets, and unwanted cells present in human whole blood using antibody complexes and magnetic particles. The magnetically labeled RBCs, platelets and cells are separated from the untouched desired cells by using an magnet and simply pouring or pipetting the desired cells into a new tube.
