SuperEXP® Dendritic Cell Medium

Dendritic cells (DCs) are professional antigen-presenting cells (APCs) that are capable of sensitizing T cells to antigens by ingesting structures such as microbial components and presenting them via MHC Class II. DCs play a central role in regulating innate and adaptive immunity through innate recognition of pathogens and activation of the adaptive immune response. SuperEXP® Dendritic Cell Medium from Creative Bioarray is a serum and animal component free basal medium. This medium can be used to reliably culture human monocytes and differentiate them into dendritic cells (DCs).
