Detailed Separation Procedure

Untouched human leukocyte subsets can be isolated from up to 30 mL of anticoagulated whole blood. Non-target cells are removed by immunomagnetic depletion using beads. Simultaneously, erythrocytes are sedimented, yielding untouched target cells of high purity.
