Isolate highly purified CD33+ and CD66b+ myeloid cells, including myeloid progenitor cells, granulocytes, and monocytes, from fresh whole blood prior to chimerism testing. Desired cells are targeted with tetrameric antibody complexes recognizing CD33, CD66b, and dextran-coated magnetic particles, and separated without the use of columns through immunomagnetic positive selection using an magnet. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. This product has replaced the Human Whole Blood Myeloid Positive Selection Kit and HLA Whole Blood Myeloid Positive Selection Kit for faster cell isolations.
