Description

SuperEXP® Polyamine Supplement x1000 (lyophilized) is designed as a special formulation used to enhance viability of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) and their differentiated progeny. The supplement consists a lyophilized mixture of Putrescine, Spermine and Spermidine. It can be used in combination with Antioxidant Supplement.
This product is supplied as a lyophilized powder and needs to be reconstituted using 5 ml of H₂O and filter strilized before use. 1mL Polyamine Supplement can be used to supplement 1 liter of cell culture medium.
