Description

Aprotinin from Bovine Lung is a monomeric globular protein acting as a competitive serine protease inhibitor. It can form stable complexes with the active sites of enzyme and block the activity. This effect is reversible and pH dependent. Aprotinin has been widely used as an inhibitor of trypsin.
