Description

Poly-L-Lysine Solution is supplied as a 0.01% sterile filtered solution in water. Poly-L-Lysine is a nonspecific attachment factor used to promote cell adhesion to solid substrates. It can increase the number of positively charged sites and enhance electrostatic interaction between negatively charged ions of the membrane and the culture surface. Poly-L-Lysine can be used to prepare surfaces for cell attachment.
