Description

Trypan Blue Solution contains 0.4% Trypan Blue in 0.81% sodium chloride and 0.06% potassium phosphate. Trypan Blue is a vital dye used to detect dead and dying cells. It can distinguish between dead cells and live cells since it is absorbed by dead cells through damaged cell membrane, but not absorbed by healthy viable cells. Trypan Blue Solution can be used in cytotoxicity assays, cell viability assays and cell proliferative assays.
