Description
HT Supplement contains10 mM Sodium Hypoxanthine and 1.6 mM Thymidine. It is suitable for cell culture and hybridoma selection. HT Supplement is used to overcome the inhibition effects of residual intracellular Aminopterin to the classical pathway of DNA synthesis. The supplementation can be discontinued when the de novo biosynthesis pathway for nucleosides has been reestablished.
This product is supplied as a concentrated solution and needs to be diluted 100 times to obtain the correct amount of supplement.
