Interferons-Inducible T cell α Chemoattractant (I-TAC), also known as C-X-X motif chemokine 11 (CXCL11) is a CXC chemokine which is highly expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes, pancreas and liver. Its expression is strongly induced by IFN-γ and IFN-β and weakly induced by IFN-α. I-TAC can bind to receptor C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 3 (CXCR3) and participates in the recruitment of inflammatory cells.
This product is lyophilized from a solution in 30% acetonitrile, 0.1% Trifluoroacetic Acid, and 1.25 mg of BSA.
