Description
Hepatocyte growth factor receptor (HGFR), also known as mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor (MET), is a glycosylated receptor tyrosine kinase. It possesses tyrosine kinase activity and plays an important role in epithelial morphogenesis and cancer development. HGFR can induce several biological responses and can trigger mitogenesis, morphogenesis and invasive growth.
This product is lyophilized from a 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS and Mennitol or Trehalose as a protectant.
