Description
Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) is a plasmin related disulfide-linked, hetereodimeric protein. It is a multifunctional cytokine, which can promote migration, mitogenesis, morphogenesis, invasion, cell proliferation, angiogenesis and motility. HGF also plays an important role in organ development. It functions as a tubulogen, motogen and anti-apoptotic agent.
This product is lyophilized from a 0.22 μm filtered solution in 20 mM NaH2PO4, 500 mM NaCl and 50 μg of BSA per 1 μg of cytokine.
