Description
Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR), also known as ErbB1, is a transmembrane protein belonging the family of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTK) called avian erythroblastosis oncogene B (ErbB). It can be activated to exert by tyrosine kinase activity by binding EGF, TGFα, HB-EGF, BTC, amphiregulin, epiregulin and epigen. EGFR from mouse is expressed in HEK 293 cells.
This product is lyophilized from a 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS containing 5-8% Mannitol or Trehalose as a protectant. It should be reconstitutedd in sterile PBS to a concentration of 50 μg/mL.
